The ball mill is one kind of breaking plants which used widely in building materials, metallurgy, mineral processing and so on. The finite element method is used to build the model of the 7.32× 11.28 overflow type ball mill. And then modal analysis of oversize ball mill tube is carried out by ANSYS workbench, which leads to the intrinsic frequency and model of vibration of tube.
Viscoplastic finite-element simulation methodologies were utilized to predict solder joint reliability for a same die size, stacked, chip scale, ball grid array package under accelerated temperature cycling conditions (-40C to +125C, 15min ramps/15min dwells). The effects of multiple die attach material configurations were investigated along with the thickness of the mold cap and spacer die.

2019. 7. 1.· finite element analysis has been performed on “Finite Element Structural and Fatigue Analysis of Single Cylinder Engine Crank Based on the stress analysis, calculating the fatigue strength of the crankshaft will be able to achieve the design requirements.
finite element method. In this work, Pro-E 4.0 modeling software is used for modeling of bolted joint as shown in fig.4. Finite element software program named ANSYS 11 was used for analysis of bolted flange joint. In simulation, the geometry scale factor is determined as 1,000 mm. The geometry of the model is based on two hollow circular flanges
Strain-gauge measurements from a large ball mill are presented. Stress ranges determined from these strain-gauge measurements are compared with calculated stress ranges from a finite element analysis of the mill. It is shown that liner stiffness effects can result in lower-than-expected stress ranges at inboard plate flanges in the mill shell.

A finite element analysis (FEA) by ANSYS Workbench is performed to obtain the PCBA's natural frequency and the 1-σ level von Mises stress of critical solder ball of the component. Using the results of FEA, the fatigue life or damage can be calculated by Steinberg's two methods.
A finite-element analysis (FEA) of a generic, dimensionally normalized inner race of an angular-contact ball bearing was performed under varying conditions of speed and the press (or interference) fit of the inner-race bore on a journal. The FEA results at the ball-race contact were used to derive an equation from which was obtained the radius of an equivalent cylindrical bearing race with the
